He calls everyone a phony and is constantly going on about how much he hates them. The main character, Holden, is definitely a rebellious little creature who seems to have a weird dislike for all adults. I think I liked it though because it definitely made me feel like I was reading a classic, and that made me feel smart….Īnyway, enough about my intelligence, let’s talk about the characters.
